HOME INSPECTIONS: 
$350 per home, each home/unit is a separate inspection in multi-family homes. We will provide a written report of what we find.

Did your home receive a list of items that need attention? If that's the case give us a call and we will knock off the list to get your home ready. We also will do pre-sale home inspections and repairs to get your home ready for the market.

BASEMENT REMODELS:

THE DANE COUNTY HANDYMAN GUARANTEE:
We try to use the best products available and back our work with a 5 year workmanship guarantee, on products we provide, that will transfer to the next homeowner it you ever sell your home. If during the guarantee period something goes wrong, which we doubt, we will take care of it free of charge. However, we will not replace or repair product out of warranty under this guarantee. For example, if a faucet with a 2 year warranty leaks 3 years after we install it we will be unable to repair the faucet or install a new one free of charge as it is a manufacturers issue and not a workmanship issue.
